Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted through our designated "Contact Us" link or by directly contacting our customer service representatives.
- Cancellation requests received 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled event, accompanied by advance payment, will be subject to a deduction of 25% of the amount paid, plus applicable taxes.
- Cancellation requests received 48 hours or more before the event, along with advance payment, will incur a deduction of 50% of the amount paid, plus applicable taxes.
- Requests received less than 48 hours before the event or prior to the conclusion of the current service period will be treated as cancellations for the subsequent service period, which falls within the next calendar month.
Refund Policy:
- Our company will diligently investigate the grounds provided by the client for their dissatisfaction with our services.
- If a client submits a refund request 5 days or more prior to the event, the company will apply a deduction of 15% of the amount paid, in addition to applicable taxes.
- For refund requests made 3 days before the event, a deduction of 20% of the amount paid, along with applicable taxes, will be applicable.
- Refund requests initiated within 2 days or less of the event will lead to a deduction of 50% of the amount paid, plus applicable taxes.
- Refunds related to credit card/debit card payments will be processed back to the original payment source used during the purchase. Similarly, for payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be issued to the same account.
